His natural ability derived from his family’s hospitality business of over 45 years is what led Joseph to finding his dream career. His love for people and creating lasting impressions for their once in a lifetime event is what makes his day at work special. Joseph believes in communicating with his client to better understand exactly what the client wants, in order to make ever event unique.

John Memmo, Director of Operations

With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality business, John Memmo is no stranger to providing top customer service. With a goal to work closely with clients to fully understand their needs and wants, John believes this is how The Venetian provides superior customer service and satisfaction. Providing high quality professional and personalized service is what John gives to his clients everyday.

His diverse range in the hospitality industry, ranging from Kosher Catering, to Golf and Country Clubs, and Banquet Halls has allowed him to broaden his expertise and fine tune his operational and financial skills. John believes in a customer centric approach, and that there is truly no substitute for experiencing and offering service that is second to none.

Talia Basilone has been a part of the Venetian team for over 6 years and has established a strong understanding and love for the hospitality industry. During these 6 years, Talia has earned a university degree in another field, she quickly realized that her passion for event planning was far greater than any other career she could pursue. Talia is young and fresh and relates perfectly with today’s couples, however, her knowledge and understanding in this industry far exceeds her years. As part of The Venetian Team, Talia has gained priceless hands on experience in every department, ensuring that every event runs smoothly.
